Parish 262-673-4831 School 262-673-3081

Enlightened by Faith, Enriched by Education

Important Information

As a People of Faith and Hope

As God continues to watch over us, we will be guided by the Holy Spirit and also follow the recommendation of our Civil and Church Leaders.

A few important summary items:

· There will be no public Masses celebrated until at least through Friday, April 3rd.  That date could be extended.

· St. Kilian Parish, School, and Religious Education Programs and all Music Ministries and Rehearsals are cancelled until further notice.

· The Parish Office is closed until further notice.  You can contact the parish by phone 24 hours a day at 262- 623-1262.  Please, DO NOT TEXT!  Leave a message or email  You can also leave a message on the parish answering machine at 262-673-4831.

· A private Mass will be celebrated and recorded at St. Kilian.  You can view this on the St. Kilian website.

· Funerals will be celebrated in the churches or at funeral homes, but families are encouraged to limit these services to immediate family and closest friends.  The parish cannot provide a lunch during the period of social distancing.

· All other previously-scheduled events at St. John and St. Kilian between now and April 3rd are cancelled.  It is important to remember that this time frame could be extended.

St. Kilian will "Facebook Live" a weekday Mass and a weekend Mass without an assembly, then placing it on our website.

In times of public crisis, people naturally turn to the Church for spiritual direction, and we need to continue to do whatever we can to support people through prayer.  However, taking precautionary measures is a prudent course of action.  The Archbishop asks that where possible, our churches remain open for private prayer and that our people reserve some part of their day for private prayer or devotions.   St. Kilian Parish Gathering Space doors will be open to allow for private quiet prayer only on weekdays from 8-10 am and 5-7 pm - STARTING March 23rd.  There will be a designated area of the Worship Space open for private prayer that will be disinfected prior to, and after, the designated open time.

If we have weather related, or other cancellations/issues,

it will be posted here as well as

on the Weather Update/Cancellations page!

If you are new to our parish - welcome!  We are here to help you and your family!

At your child’s Baptism you promised to raise your child in the ways of the faith.  You do this by taking them to Mass on Sunday, teaching them to pray, providing them with the opportunity for religious formation, and bringing them into the Sacramental Life of the Church.  St. Kilian parish provides Religious Education classes to assist you in your role as the first teacher in the way of the faith.

To register your child(ren) for Religious Education, you can find Registration information on the Religious Education Registration webpage:

There still is plenty of room for your child(ren) if they are not yet registered for Religious Education!  Let the parish help you pass on your Catholic Faith to your child(ren)!  Registration information can be found on the Religious Education webpage:  Contact Dennis Vlasak at 262-673-4831 ext. 406 or if you have questions.
