St. Kilian boasts the most dedicated and exemplary educators. Their track record with students is nothing less than extraordinary. Currently, St. Kilian staffs 11 full-time teachers and 4 part-time teachers with an average tenure of 13 years (five teachers have been with St. Kilian for over two decades). All St. Kilian teachers are degreed and certified by the State of Wisconsin and participate in ongoing staff development. They also hold, or are working toward, Advanced Religious Certification from the Archdiocese. We also proudly staff teachers in specialization programs including art, computers, library, physical education, forensics, music, and band. As Christian role models, the teachers of St. Kilian help create the atmosphere of a caring school community. By means of frequent parent/teacher communication, St. Kilian faculty is receptive to parent concerns.
