Through the active participation of parents and community members, students have the opportunity to join team sports including basketball, volleyball, and cheerleading. Also, to participate in music activities such as concerts, honors band and large group festivals, to be introduced to the challenges of forensics and student council, and to experience the fascinating world of scouting.

We believe by offering various extra activities to our students, we have another opportunity to teach teamwork and how to handle winning and losing. Our sports teams offer good, healthy physical activities for our students. Our coaches strive to teach their players the skills to move on to higher levels of competition.

St. Kilian School operates its athletics via the philosophy that each student has the opportunity to join the sport of their choice without limits to team numbers. In addition, each player will participate during athletic competitions.

Enrichment programs and activities such as Junior Great Books, Accelerated Readers, D.A.R.E., Student Council, and field trips enhance the children's educational experiences.

The responsibility of being role models is encouraged in the junior high level grades by matching 7th and 8th graders with 4K and 5K "Buddies". Through positive interaction in various activities, both age groups experience the caring atmosphere that makes St. Kilian a special place to be.
