Welcome to Adult Ministry!

The journey of faith is one that is lifelong.  Wherever you are on your journey, we are glad you are here and that we can be companions with you.  As you explore these pages, know we are praying for you and that you are welcome at St. John and St. Kilian Congregations just as you are.

Looking to connect with other parents?

Do you remember when you welcomed your first child? What were those first few days, weeks, and months like? What was your child’s baptism like? How have you kept the flame of faith burning in your child’s heart and in your family? If you are a parent who has welcomed and baptized a child at St. Kilian or St. John in the last 3-4 years and would like to share your story with new parents preparing for their first child’s baptism, please talk with Kathryn Harvey in the parish office. Baptismal preparation sessions are informal and are typically held on the first Monday of the month from 6:00-6:30 in the parish office. With enough couples, the time commitment could be only a few Monday evenings per year. This is a great way to meet new couples and to share the joys and challenges of faith and parenting with those in similar situations.
